Full bodied, lightly sweet. Caramel and toffee up front with prominent chocolate tones and berry finish.

Dark chocolate, berry finish.

Roast: Medium, Medium Dark

Origin: Papua New Guinea, Ethiopia Natural, Ethiopia Washed 

Preferred brewing method: Individual Drip, Chemex and Drip Coffee Makers.

We roast/ship once a week. Your order must be submitted by midnight PST on Sundays. We roast on Mondays and ship on Tuesdays. We only ship whole beans.
